Founded in 1994, the California School of Culinary Arts (CSCA) has long been considered one of the best places to learn about culinary arts. The school has been training culinary professionals from its main campus located in one of the most culturally diverse regions in the world, Pasadena, which is north of Los Angeles.
The California School of Culinary Arts has partnered with the internationally acclaimed culinary institution Le Cordon Bleu. This institution is actually the leading authority on culinary techniques, training and development for more than a century. Well, it is interesting to know that it is also because of this association that the California School of Culinary Arts has been preferred by hundreds of people inside and outside of California.

Specifically, the school offers a Bachelor of Culinary Arts as well as diplomas in Hotel Restaurant Management and Pastry & Bakery. The great thing about these programs is that they are all taught by world-class culinary and restaurant professionals.
Culinary programs currently offered by the California Culinary School include the following:
* Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts for associate degree

The California Culinary School is, first and foremost, an institution of learning that admits students from all over the world. The best thing is that they do not establish any grounds for discrimination. They accept students with different backgrounds, education, ages, and even ethnicities. So everyone has a place.
However, admission to the school is not a one-time process. It begins with a school visit and follows up with each candidate who meets the necessary requirements, such as high school graduation or a general education development certificate, or its equivalent. After which, the admission application form must be completed and submitted along with a registration fee. Even a personal information session and a school tour must be held. And, upon admission, California Culinary School requires a deposit for the reservation of the start date.
Please note that meeting the school’s requirements is very important, as if you don’t meet the requirements, there is no chance that they will admit you. However, the California Culinary School is that strict.
